The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State and the Thailand-U.S. Educational Foundation (Fulbright) are pleased to announce that up to 8 administrators from secondary schools in Thailand are invited to participate in the2011 Educational Seminars Program for the 2011 academic year.
The purpose of the program is to support mutual understanding between school administrators in Thailand and the U.S. through professional development and exchange; to provide Thai and U.S. administrators with the opportunity to interact with one another, other principals, teachers, students and community leaders and to share perspectives and best practices on their respective school systems and management and to support the internationalization and increased quality of instruction in schools by providing opportunities for the broader school community to learn about global issues, to be exposed to American culture, and to participate in joint collaborative projects and school partnerships.
The grant period is 3 weeks in October 2011 (dates to be confirmed).
Each applicant is required to submit a completed application set which includes necessary documents to the Foundation NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, JUNE 24, 2011
